This image was taken in a large shopping centre. I like it because it is unusual to see places like this so empty and a sense of stillness is captured by this picture. Key timing was needed to achieve this. A triangle is also created by the two white pillars and the yellow post, drawing the eye to the centre of the picture with the help of the curves in the ceiling.
I like the colours in this image and how the lights reflect off of the building. A diagonal is created by the window peering into the image, leading the eye to the top of the cathedral into the darkness. The green of the window and the pink light reflecting onto the cathedral stand out against the dark starless sky
I really like this image because of how the trees are framed by the cars side mirror. The shallow depth of filed emphasises this frame. The picture is taken in a mirror but it shows the reflection of the trees in the car window. There is also a contrast with the white sky and the black interior of the car, this further draws attention to the framed trees. I think that this is an intresting way to take effective pictures and I look forward to taking more pictures like this
I used the warp tool on photoshop to disort these images and place them together. It shows the bleak buidings of Leicester.
Leicester can be a grim, unnatravtive place however there are parts of this town that are infact quite beautiful
I manipulated some images and merged them to fit this scene. This was my first time using photoshop and so I tried my best to overcome any technical challenges that I faced - I now hope to develop my skills and get better at using photoshop
